The Public Spectrum "TPS" is a nonprofit 501c3 corporation whose primary objective is to provide access to public meetings through video broadcast and/or the Internet.
With today's economy it has never been more important for constituents to see for themselves why public leaders must make tough decisions for the overall good of the public.
